Full time: 1 1/2 hours
Makes 9" pie
You will need:
1 9" unbaked pie crust or homemade dough for 9" pie
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Let us begin:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Place pie crust in your pie pan and set on a baking sheet.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add in egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
Slowly add in cream a little at a time until well combined.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350 and bake for 35-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving, enjoy!
