Cajun Style Oven Pork Ribs

Spare ribs in cold months? Why not? They are great out of the oven, remind you if the warm months, and when seasoned right they will warm you up just right.

Full time:
Serves 3-4

You will need:

2 lb. boneless pork spareribs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano

Let us begin:

Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning.

Rub ribs down with olive oil.

Dust ribs liberally on both sides with seasoning mix.



Place in oven and roast for 25 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven and flip ribs over. Return to oven and roast an additional 20 minutes or until cooked.

Remove from oven and slice apart.

Plate up and serve alongside rice with beans for the perfect meal.
