MAKE IT: Tartar Sauce

Here is a great standby favorite when serving fried seafood.

Makes: 1 1/4 cup tartar sauce
Full time: 5 minutes

You will need:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish (or 1 1/2 tbsp minced sweet pickles and 1 tsp white vinegar)
1 tbsp minced onion or capers
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste

Let us begin:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk until light and airy.

Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks and enjoy!
