Makes 1 loaf
The needs-
3 eggs
3 bananas mashed
1 banana, finely diced
2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cup flour

1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
The know-
Preheat your oven to 350' and lightly grease a 9 X 5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, coco powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add in eggs and vegetable oil, mixing until well blended. It will become very thick and hard to stir.
Fold in mashed bananas to create a thick, but smooth batter.

Preheat your oven to 350' and lightly grease a 9 X 5 loaf pan.

Fold in chocolate chips.
Fold in diced banana.
Fill loaf pan, tapping lightly to settle.
Bake in oven 50-55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes.
Turn gently out onto a wire rack or cutting board to finish cooling completely.
