Cheesecake Covered Oreos



Two of my families favorites, Oreos and cheesecake melded into one edible treat! As simple to make a cupcake, eats like a dream, bring these to your next party or gathering and wow the crowd!

Full time: 1 hour
Makes 12

You will need:

12 Oreo cookies
1 extra large or 2 small eggs
12 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup plus 3 tables sugar
3 tbsp sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Let us begin:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 12 cupcake pan with paper liners.

Place an Oreo in the center of each liner, there should be a slight space around the edge of the cookie.

In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and sour cream.

Add in sugar.

Add in egg and vanilla.

Divide mixture evenly over cookies, roughly 1 1/2 tbsp per liner.

Gently tap bottom of pan in table to settle the mixture around the edges of the cookies.

Bake in oven 25-30 minutes or until cheesecake has set.

Remove from oven and let rest in pan 15 minutes before removing to serving tray.

Remove to serving tray and enjoy!
